INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND DOWNLOAD

EASY! Complete the following steps in the following order:

1. Click here to register. This is a "type-able" Registration Form (PDF). It will take a minute to open. Type in your information and payment (Visa/MC or check) and fax to the number on the form. DO NOT e-mail it. 
2. A receipt will be e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours or as soon as payment is processed if it is a weekend/holiday.  You will receive a second e-mail from FloridaLicense@bellsouth.net containing the course material in PDF format and an answer sheet.  You may save the course material to your hard drive, CD or other removable storage device. Access it at your convenience whenever you want to read the material. You may also print one copy if you choose.
3. Read and review the material in its entirety, complete the questions after each segment, using the provided answer sheet/affidavit.  You must complete the course on your own and sign that you did so.
4. Fax us your signed answer sheet when you complete the course.  We will grade it and e-mail you your certificate within 24-72 hours.  You will need a passing grade of 75, as required by the state.  No one should fail as this is open-book testing therefore if we have to regrade a 2nd test, there will be a fee of $10.  
5. Print and maintain your certificate on file for 4 years as required by the state.  This is YOUR responsibility and they may call you at any time requesting a copy.
