Q. How much does your course cost?
A. $250.00 - includes a "live" class, textbook, multiple learning tools (retail value $175)- 2 audio CDs, accompanying text, 48-page CRAM packet.

Q. How many times can I attend the course?
A. As many as needed, but up to six (6) times for review -Including the original class. See our "Class Attendence & Refund Policy" link at the bottom of the page.

Q. What materials do you provide?
A. We provide everything you need for the course except: calculator, Hi-Lighter and note-taking materials.

Q. How long is the course?
A. It is the State of Florida required 24-hour course- 2 full days instead of 3, starting at 8am. The state allows for breaks.

Q. Are you a state accredited school?
A. We are licensed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation as a Mortgage Business School authorized to teach both the 24-Hour Pre-licensing Mortgage Class and Continuing Education # MBS 2007182.

Q. What qualifications do your instructors have?
A. AME instructors have over 24 years of mortgage lending and mortgage teaching experience.

Q. Where are you located?
A. West Palm Beach - Northpoint Corporate Center, 701 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 110, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, approximately 8 miles from the closest airport, Palm Beach International, West Palm Beach. Q. Must I be present for all of the class?
A. Yes, you must cover all course material and time. Call if you have concerns or questions.

Q. How many people are there in each class.
A. Class size is purposely limited in order to give each student as much personal attention as possible.
